when will my order arrive?

orders ship within 1–2 business days from vienna. once on its way, you'll get a tracking link. see shipping policy for delivery times by country.

what is your return policy?

30 days from delivery. unworn, original condition. email support@erf.xyz to start — we'll take care of the rest. return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. see shipping policy.

why is my size out of stock?

everything is made in small batches. when a size is gone, it's gone — but we are already working on the next run. join the email list to get notified first.

why do measurements vary slightly between pieces?

every piece is hand-finished. small variations are a natural result of that — not a defect. the size chart is a reliable guide, but these differences are part of what makes each piece its own.

will the fabric shrink after washing?

fabrics are pre-washed before production to minimize shrinkage. some minor adjustment can happen after the first wash — follow the care instructions and it'll settle into its shape.

do I need to worry about color transfer (bleeding)?

with darker shades, some transfer can happen in the first few washes. wash separately at the start. with time, the color settles and the beautiful ageing process begins.

is there a repair service?

not yet — but if something needs attention after years of wear, email us. we'd rather help you repair it than see it replaced.
