Orders within Austria and selected EU countries ship free.

All shipments are tracked. International rates are calculated at checkout.

- Austria: 3-5 working days

- Rest of Europe: 4-7 working days

- International orders: 6-10 working days

Returns

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return by emailing support@erf.xyz.
Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
