Order

When will my order arrive?

We process orders within 1–3 business days from our base in Vienna. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link to follow the journey. While we value a slower pace in making, we ensure your pieces reach you as directly and transparently as possible. See Shipping Policy.

What is your return policy?

If a piece does not meet your expectations or the fit isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. The garment must be in its original, unworn condition. Why is my size out of stock?

"Slowly made" is how we work. We produce in small, intentional batches to ensure the integrity of the construction. If a piece is gone, we are already working on the next slow iteration. Quality takes time. Join our email list to get notified about new releases.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to most countries internationally. If your location is not listed at checkout, please send a message to support@erf.xyz. We will look into it immediately and find a way to get our pieces to you.

Why do measurements vary slightly between pieces?

Every piece is slowly made and often hand-finished. Minor variations in measurements are a natural result of our artisanal process. We provide size charts as a reliable guide, but consider these small differences as proof of the human hand involved.

Will the fabric shrink after washing?

Our fabrics are pre-washed to minimize shrinkage. However, due to the heavy nature of the construction, minor adjustments in fit can occur during the first wash. Follow our care instructions to keep the garment stable.

Do I need to worry about color transfer (bleeding)?

Our dyeing processes aim for depth and character. Especially with darker shades, some color transfer may occur in the beginning. We recommend washing the garment separately for the first few cycles. With time, the color will settle and begin its beautiful ageing process.

Is there a repair service?

We build for the long haul. If a garment develops wear after years of life, we encourage repair over replacement. While we don't offer an in-house service yet, we can guide you on traditional repair techniques like Sashiko to strengthen the fabric and add to its history.
